Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and production machinery
* Ensure all products meet precise quality standards
* Perform tooling adjustments, machine changeovers, and regular quality checks
* Work with a range of advanced machinery including Fanuc Robodrills, Hurco, Mecal, Elumatec, Mazak, and Haas
Qualifications
* Experience as a Production Operative / Setter, ideally with CNC machine setup and operation
* Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem‑solving skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
* Team‑oriented, with effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
