Salary: £30,160 - £31,200 per annum

What You'll Do:
As our Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:
KPI Management: Ensure all production staff meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Staff Development: Continuously develop and train production staff, processes, and equipment to meet the business's evolving needs.
Resource Scheduling: Schedule all jobs effectively to maximise resource utilisation.
Lean Manufacturing: Drive the development of Lean Manufacturing practises throughout the organisation.
Performance Analysis: analyse the performance of both staff and machinery to ensure efficiency and recommend improvements when necessary.
Training Delivery: Identify and deliver necessary training for production staff to align with company requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Services and Account Managers to resolve any customer issues promptly.
Quality Control: Identify and resolve quality variances to ensure all work meets customer satisfaction.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and safe working environment in both the factory and office.
What We're Looking For:
You are a proactive leader with a passion for production. The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership experience with a small team.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to task completion.
Competence in IT and systems (in-house training provided).
An excellent eye for detail and the ability to follow and give instructions.
Desirable Qualifications:
Training on equipment/machinery (in-house training provided).
First Aid certification.
Fire Safety training.
Knowledge of moving and handling goods.
