As a senior finance leader, you will take full ownership of financial control, governance and operational finance across UK and US entities, providing the structure, insight and rigour that underpins strategic decision-making. You will lead and inspire a finance team spanning management accounting and transactional finance, building capability, strengthening accountability and creating a high-performance culture that supports both delivery and development. You will own the end-to-end monthly close, oversee the external audit process and coordinate international tax matters, while delivering clear, commercially focused reporting to the Executive team, Board and investors. Beyond reporting the numbers, you will ensure the story behind the performance is understood, translating financial data into actionable insight around profitability, cash, working capital and operational drivers. Partnering closely with FP&A and senior stakeholders, you will shape budgeting and reforecasting cycles, challenge assumptions and maintain a strong internal controls framework that supports sustainable, scalable growth in a PE environment. This role goes beyond stewardship. You will be a catalyst for continuous improvement, modernising reporting, enhancing systems and processes, and acting as a finance lead on cross-functional initiatives and corporate finance projects, including due diligence.
