Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day transport operations with a visible on-site presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
* Conduct regular 1:1s and performance management discussions
* Oversee compliance activity, ensuring all legal and safety standards are met and maintained
* Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the transport team
* Report operational performance and improvements to senior management
Qualifications
* Must hold Transport Manager CPC qualification (essential)
* Must be named on the O-licence (essential)
* Proven transport management experience (essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
