Responsibilities
* Supporting the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
* Working closely with the headteacher and senior leadership team
* Contributing to teaching and learning, inclusion and school improvement priorities
* Supporting staff development, mentoring and performance management
* Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and ambitious school culture

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
