Temla Laser is a growing engineering business specialising in laser cutting, CNC bending and fabrication.
We’re looking for anAccount Manager to take ownership of key customer relationships and play a central role in driving both service excellence and commercial growth.
This is not a passive account handling role.
You’ll be expected to:
* Understand customer needs
* Manage projects through production
* Protect quality and delivery
* Grow existing accounts
* Identify new opportunities
You’ll work closely with production, ensuring what we promise commercially is delivered operationally.

Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
* Manage and grow key customer accounts
* Respond quickly and accurately to enquiries
* Build strong, professional relationships with clients
* Understand customer needs and align Temla’s solutions accordingly
* Develop strategies to grow existing accounts
* Maximise customer spend through upsell and cross-sell
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly
* Take ownership of projects through production
* Attend site visits where required to support relationships
* Hold regular client review meetings
* Identify new business opportunities
* Work with the wider team to deliver successful projects
* Mentor junior team members
* Stay aware of industry trends and competitor activity
* Represent Temla professionally online (e.g. LinkedIn presence)
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in account management or sales
* Customer-first approach
* Ability to take ownership and make decisions
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of engineering/manufacturing (preferred)
* Experience with CAD or technical products (training provided)
* Track record of hitting targets
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and team-oriented
