The firm has a strong and loyal client base across both commercial and agricultural sectors and is now seeking to appoint a Commercial/Agricultural Property Solicitor to join its close-knit and supportive team.
The Role
The firm is looking for a Solicitor (NQE+) with experience or a strong interest in the following areas, supported as required by senior colleagues:
* Sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural property
* Landlord and tenant matters (leases, tenancy agreements and licences)
* Easements, overage agreements and mortgages
* Managing a developing caseload with appropriate supervision
* Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships
The successful candidate will be collaborative, proactive, and confident in their communication and someone who enjoys contributing positively to a small, friendly team.
