We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team, helping us grow our lettings portfolio and lead our success in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new lettings instructions.
* Managing the letting team and process from instruction through to completion.
* Negotiating offers to ensure successful outcomes for landlords and tenants.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
* Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to prospective tenants.
* Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
* Leading by example, motivating, and coaching the lettings team to exceed targets.
* Staying up to date with lettings legislation, compliance, and market trends.
* Ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the lettings journey.
Key Requirements
* A proven track record in residential lettings at a senior level.
* Previous experience conducting valuations and securing new instructions.
* Strong knowledge of the local lettings market in Hertfordshire.
* Some experience in people management, coaching and motivating a team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven, proactive, and highly organised.
* Full UK driving licence
* Proficiency in property software such as Alto.
What We Offer
* Competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £35,000 with a commission structure providing OTE £40,000+
