Assistant Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic developer based in the South East. The developer undertakes volume house building, with projects up to 300 units per phase and have a great work culture.
About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams. You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.
Key Responsibilities as Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Involvement in pre-construction activities
Procurement of various sub-contract packages
Dealing with variations
Assisting in completing monthly CVRs
Key Requirements as Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Educated to HNC / Degree level
Experience working within a developer would be preferential
Be a driven and ambitious individual
COINS experience is preferential
