We are looking to recruit a Trainer for our Operations team, this is a pivotal role, you will be expected to deliver high class induction programmes to our new joiners in our in-house call centre.

To deliver engaging and effective training programmes - on site as well as virtual
Delivery of Operational training both for new starters and existing staff around our products, processes as well as refresher training as required
Deliver coaching and support with timely feedback
Undertake training needs analysis
Proven success in the coaching, development and training needs of staff and experience in design, delivery and review of training material
