Service Care Solutions are currently working in partnership with a reputable Local Authority, based in Northamptonshire, which is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive legal team and handle a varied and interesting caseload, all while working fully remotely.
Role: Property Lawyer – Local Authority
Location: Northamptonshire - Fully Remote
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a full caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, licences, and renewals.
* Supporting regeneration and development projects.
