This is a hands-on, influential position that requires balancing strategic vision with operational execution. Key responsibilities include: Taking full ownership of the programme and ensuring successful delivery against milestones and objectives. Leading stakeholder engagement, up to and including C-suite level. Establishing and maintaining robust governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks. Coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and delivery consistency. Embedding sustainable best practices and ensuring knowledge transfer post-contract.
