About the Chef de Partie Position – Temporary Kitchen Role in Boston
* Prepare, cook, and present traditional Italian dishes to a high standard, following the restaurant's authentic recipes.
* Support senior chefs during busy services, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency at all times.
* Manage your own section, from mise en place to service, maintaining impeccable kitchen hygiene and food safety.
* Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and minimizing food waste according to industry best practices.
* Work collaboratively as part of a professional, team-oriented kitchen environment.
* Adhere to all HACCP, health and safety, and allergen management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile – Temp CDP, Italian Cuisine
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef within Italian or fresh food restaurant kitchens.
* Passion for Italian food and a solid understanding of classic cooking techniques and ingredients.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high standards through busy periods.
* Good communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
* Familiar with food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols in a UK hospitality environment.
