We are partnering with a high-growth £60 million turnover PE-backed hospitality business. With a strong leadership team in place and a clear roadmap for growth, this business is entering its next phase of scaling and acquisitions. You will join the finance function as a commercially astute leader and play a critical role in driving performance and strategic insight. Reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, the FP&A Manager will own the planning and analysis function, helping shape financial strategy and enabling data-led decision-making at the highest level.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking ownership of monthly reporting and producing clear, insightful financial analysis.
* Developing and delivering board-level reports in line with Private Equity expectations.
* Acting as the internal lead on financial planning systems (ideally with experience in tools such as Adaptive Insights or similar).
* Supporting the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, including international operations.
* Leading the budgeting, reforecasting, and cash flow modelling processes.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business on growth initiatives and commercial strategy.
* Contributing to ad hoc projects tied to scaling, transformation, and value creation.
Requirements:
* Must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* Significant experience in FP&A, ideally within multi-site or consumer-facing businesses.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis and reporting under tight deadlines.
* Strong system literacy; experience with Adaptive Insights or similar planning tools is highly advantageous.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Previous exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.
* Hospitality or leisure sector experience is desirable.
