Overview: This is a career-defining role reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on building and scaling the client's European export business of premium spirits. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on, with experience in premium spirits or high-end FMCG in Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the European market
* Build and manage relationships with distributors, brokers, and consultants
* Represent the brand with authenticity and professionalism in the market
* Travel frequently across UK/Europe
Qualifications:
* Experience in premium spirits or high-end FMCG
* Strategic thinker and proactive doer
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* EU work permit required
