School Administrator – Leeds (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week) Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only (5 days per week) Salary: £95.00 - £120.00 per day Start Date: ASAP About the School We are working with GOOD-rated Ofsted school based in Leeds, known for their friendly atmosphere, inclusive ethos, and strong community spirit. The Role We are seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to join their office team. This is a key role at the heart of the school, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff—delivering a warm and professional welcome. * Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. * Maintain accurate pupil and staff records using the school’s management information system (SIMS/Arbor or similar). * Support with admissions, attendance, and general office administration. * Assist with the preparation of letters, reports, and school communications. * Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team and teaching staff. * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. About You We are looking for someone who is: * Friendly, approachable, and highly organised. * Experienced in an administrative role (experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential). * Confident using Microsoft Office and school databases such as SIMS or Arbor. * Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. * A great communicator with excellent attention to detail. * Committed to supporting the school’s values and ethos.
