What you will do:
Working within the Learning and Development team as part of the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Development you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support which will support the learning and development function to meet customer needs and expectations.
This will involve providing comprehensive administration support to Senior Management within the department, co-ordinating the administration of learning programmes liaising with Learning and Development Advisors and other key stakeholders in the Organisation.
You will assist in the administration of projects within the Learning and Development Department and administer learning and development support which complies with Organisational and Departmental quality procedures and systems.
Post will be based predominately at the Training Centre, Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine and may be required to work at the Education Centres, Crosshouse and Ayr to provide administrative support.
You will support and provide helpdesk assistance for systems such as iMatter, LearnPro eLearning Platform, LearnPro Course Booking System, Turas Learn and TURAS Appraisal.
Hours: The post is 37 hours and will be 9am-5pm on Monday-Thursday and 9am-4.30pm on Fridays.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
