Due to increased student numbers we are looking to recruit an additional part-time Lecturer to join our A Level team. This is a rare opportunity to work as part of both our esteemed Business and A Level teams providing high quality teaching and learning opportunities to our students. Never taught before? That’s fine! Your passion, drive to succeed and ability to motivate our learners is key. You must hold at least a degree in Business or Economics or an equivalent accountancy qualification. You will be given support by our internal team, The Learning Practice, who work with all of our curriculum staff to ensure that you have the tools and resources you need to succeed. We will also support you to obtain your teaching qualifications.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Business and A Levels team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

* Obtain and maintain the necessary teaching qualifications.

Qualifications

* Degree in Business or Economics or an equivalent accountancy qualification.
* A passion for teaching and the ability to motivate learners.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.

Benefits

We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year for support staff, five College closure days, Bank Holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Local Government Pension Scheme, discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle‑to‑work scheme.
