* JOB TITLE: Funding Assistant 6-month FTC
* SALARY: £29,431 - £30,980, rising to £30,609 - £32,220 as of 1/04/25
* LOCATION(S): Watford
* HOURS: Full-time
* WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% of the time at the Watford office.

What you’ll need
* Experience working within a Funding Team, processing deliveries via back office systems (Leaselink and Salesforce)
* Keen eye for detail in checking vehicle documentation and responding to discrepancies
* Experience activating vehicles daily through Salesforce and back office systems
* Understanding of Funding provider processes to ensure proper vehicle and documentation handling
* Experience allocating remittances onto accounting systems (Netsuite) and resolving payment queries
* Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Leaselink is advantageous but not essential
Useful additional experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with attention to detail
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team
