Join Our Inbound Ecommerce Team in Dumfries
We'reexpanding our Ecommerce operations and looking for hands-on, detail-driven Operations Assistants to join our warehouse team based on Edinburgh Road, Dumfries.
Shift Patterns Available: 10:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £12.82
Your Role as an Inbound Ecommerce Operations Assistant:
You'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly—from picking and packing orders to managing inventory and returns.
WhatYou’llBe Doing:
1. Rotate across warehouse teams to support daily operations
2. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care
3. Assistwith stock counts, product setups, and discrepancy investigations
4. Operate equipment like forklifts and order pickers
5. Maintainhigh standardsof safety, accuracy, and cleanliness
WhatYou’llBring:
6. A team-first attitude and flexibility to adapt
7. Previouswarehouse experience (preferred)
8. Strong attention to detail and basic IT skills (Excel & email)
9. Ability tolift upto 50 lbs and work across sites
