About the role a0;
a0;Were a0;recruiting a0;four full-time, permanent Fire Safety a0;Maintenance a0;Inspectors a0;to join our Property Safety team. Three roles will cover areas along the a0;South Wales M4 corridor, while the fourth will be based in a0;Bangor, North Wales. Each role offers a balanced mix of site visits, office time, and home working, giving you flexibility while ensuring a0;a a0;strong connection with the team. a0;
Youll a0;travel to residential a0;accommodation a0;to carry out essential fire safety inspections and minor maintenance, with a0;a company van and all necessary equipment provided. A a0;full UK driving licence is essential a0;due to the need to travel independently between multiple sites. a0; a0;

Skills and Experience Needed a0;
To be considered for this role, a0;youll a0;need to hold one of the following recognised a0;fire-door inspection qualifications: a0;
FDIS a0;
ABBE Level 3 Award in Fire Door Inspection a0;
EAL Level 3 Award in the Inspection of Fire Doors a0;
GQA Level 3 Diploma in Inspection of Fire Resistant a0;Doorsets a0;
Were a0;also happy to consider any Level 3, OFQUAL-regulated fire-door inspection qualification that provides an equivalent level of knowledge and competence. a0;
Were a0;looking for someone a0;who has a0;hands-on experience working with fire doors. You should also have experience carrying out non-technical fire and smoke alarm testing, along with a solid understanding of key health and safety procedures, including working at height, and other relevant safety practices. a0;You must be able and willing to work independently, using the lone-working equipment provided to ensure safety and compliance while carrying out your duties. a0; a0;
The ability to carry out basic building maintenance and repairs is important for this role, as is a commitment to undertaking relevant training and ongoing personal development. a0;
