Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in parts sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Parts Specialist to join our team at a cutting-edge facility, supporting trade customers with expert advice and top-quality service.
The Role:
As a Trade Parts Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that trade customers receive the right parts, expert recommendations, and an exceptional service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing trade parts orders with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Advising customers on part availability and suitability.
3. Communicating order updates and delivery timelines.
4. Managing trade parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
5. Handling returns and exchanges professionally.
6. Building strong relationships with trade clients alongside the sales team.
7. Following safety and operational procedures in the parts department.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Experience in automotive / motor parts sales or a similar role.
9. Strong, specialist knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
10. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
11. High attention to detail and accuracy in order management.
12. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
13. Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogues.
14. A valid UK driving licence.
