Licensed Pilots Wanted to Lead BVLOS flights
This role isn’t about stick-flying a UAV—we’re excited to welcome licensed crewed-aircraft pilots who want to bring their experience into the fast-moving world of uncrewed aviation. If you hold a current CPL,ATPL or PPL, that’s a great foundation—and what really matters in our environment is how you work with people.
Our operations are busy, safety-focused, and constantly evolving, and we rely on pilots who stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and bring positive energy to every shift. We’re not looking for a lone hero; we’re looking for someone who listens, works closely with their team, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. Here, our teams keep the operation flying smoothly, and we’re ready for a pilot who wants to grow, contribute, and help us lift our uncrewed missions to the next level—together.
