What You Will Do:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intensive Treatment Unit, ensuring safety and comfort
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to formulate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatment in line with protocols and best practice
Monitor patient progress, identify clinical concerns, and escalate as needed
Provide education and reassurance to patients’ families, explaining care plans and procedures
Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards
