In this role, you'll assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Address customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person. * Deliver accurate information on products, services, and policies. * Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain customer records in the CRM system with precision. * Educate customers about product features and additional services. * Build strong, lasting relationships to foster customer loyalty. * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
