About the Role Were looking for a proactive and hands-on Supervisor to lead our busy fabrication shopfloor. This is a pivotal role responsible for keeping production running efficiently, ensuring jobs move through the factory on schedule, and maximising labour utilisation across all departments. Youll act as the key link between production and management, driving performance, productivity, and quality standards across the shopfloor. Salary is negotiable.
