Responsibilities
* Providing whole of market mortgage advice to a broad client base
* Managing clients start to finish with a focus on long term relationships
* Having broader conversations with clients beyond rate and borrowing alone
* Working alongside an in‑house protection specialist to maximise client outcomes and earnings
* Using modern systems and processes designed to support quality advice
* Helping to establish a local adviser presence within a values‑driven firm

Qualifications
* Experience working as a Mortgage Adviser
* Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
* Comfortable operating on a self employed basis
* Ability to generate some business from existing contacts or introducers is desirable
* Experience using CRM systems within a mortgage advice firm
