About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading care provider, for a dedicated Team Leader to join a brand-new, purpose-built residential home in Preston. This service will support up to three children with Autism and Learning Disabilities. In this rewarding leadership role, you’ll guide and support a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll play a key part in setting the culture and standards of this new home—making a real difference in the lives of the children and shaping a strong, compassionate team from the ground up. Key Duties: * Lead and mentor support staff * Create a safe, inclusive environment * Implement care and behaviour plans * Ensure safeguarding and quality standards * Support with home setup and daily operations Requirements: * Experience as a Team Leader, Deputy, or Senior Support Worker * Experience with Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health * Level 3/4 Residential Childcare (or willingness to train) * Strong leadership and communication skills What We Offer: * £1,000 Welcome Bonus * £14.25–£15.00/hr £70 sleep-in rate * Funded healthcare, training & NVQs * 28 days leave, flexible shifts, career growth * Free meals, parking, employee perks, and awards
