This role is ideal for candidates with experience in M ental Health support, SEMH education, or as a S upport Worker, who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. The Role As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, you’ll help students build confidence, manage their emotions, and re-engage with learning in a supportive environment.
