Overview
We are working with a high-end, respected Estate Agency in London who are now looking for a key member of the team. You will be joining a warm desk within an experienced and friendly team. Full support will be given.
Responsibilities
* Registering tenants
* Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants
* Speaking with landlords
* Being the first port of call for potential Tenants and Landlords during the rental process
* Negotiating the deals
* Arranging signing of agreement
Ideal Candidate
You will have worked as a Lettings Negotiator and be a self-motivated, hard-working individual with a desire to build a long-term career in the property industry.
