Domus are on the lookout for a dedicated Health and Social Care professional to take managerial responsibility for a small Supported Living service in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Service or Registered Manager to join a highly reputable provider of specialist health and social care and support in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated leader who wants to make a difference to the lives of the people supported, promoting Person Centered Approaches and Values, Inclusion, and Independence. As one of the largest adult social care providers in the UK, the Service Manager in Scarborough must be a great ambassador, championing their beliefs and representing the values outlined in the mission statement.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service.
Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families and external professionals.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to ensure sustainable performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high standards of care.
Promote a person-centred approach, ensuring the people we support achieve their personal goals.
Service Manager Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership/management role within social care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and performance effectively
Passion for delivering person-centred care and fostering team development
Full UK driving licence (not essential)
