Overview
The purpose of the Helpdesk / Contract Support will be to work alongside the client ensuring the outstanding jobs are being completed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for all ad-hoc admin duties, for example, raising invoices and creating POs. Day to Day
Responsibilities
* Manage Helpdesk System using in house systems, including reporting
* Maintain PPM records using in-house systems, including reporting.
* Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
* Promote and maintain CBRE culture throughout teams.
* Maintain records (e.g. training matrix and Staff Planner).
* Answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
