Own the full lifecycle of B2B finance contracts and lead a high-performing operations team. We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to tighten governance, elevate customer and dealer experience, and scale wholesale funding and invoice-factoring operations.
What you’ll do

Run contract operations end-to-end: proposal → payout → in-life servicing → end-of-term charges.

Oversee wholesale/floorplan (new and used) stocking schemes and invoice factoring across a national dealer network.
*
Lead, coach and grow the Contracts team; set KPIs, apply daily steering, drive continuous improvement.
*
Act as 1st Line of Defence: robust procedures, documentation, audit-ready MI and policy compliance.
*
Partner with Credit, Sales and external stakeholders on facility limits, cash-flow planning, recoveries and issue resolution.
*
Monitor performance, customer and dealer satisfaction and risk; escalate and close gaps quickly.
What you’ll bring

Proven contracts or operations leadership in motor finance, asset finance, invoice finance or wholesale/floorplan funding.

Strong stakeholder management, process design and governance mindset.
*
Confident people leader who raises the bar on quality, speed and customer experience.
*
Comfortable enforcing contract terms and shaping debt-collection approaches when required.
