Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Location: Maidstone Pay Rate: Flexible depending on experience The duties of the role may vary from time to time depending on current and evolving workloads and staffing levels: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role to clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific disease areas. Through structured medication reviews, support patients to take their medications to get the best from them, reduce waste and promote self-care Develop relationships and work closely with other pharmacy professionals across the wider health and social care system Provide structured medication reviews. Manage repeat prescription authorisations and reauthorisation and acute prescription request. Processing hospital discharge/clinic letters Key requirements Clincial Pharmacist requirements and qualifications: Able to work on own initiative and as an effective and responsible member of the team MSC qualification or equivalent At least six months’ primary care experience in GP setting over the last few years Professional pin registered Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situation.
