Responsibilities
* Advise customers and prospects on the use of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud systems, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Selligent.
* Support technical implementation on systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Selligent, or Emarsys.
* Configure, integrate, and optimize our customers' Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments to enhance personalization, audience segmentation, and cross-channel activation.
* Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and sales activities.
* Leverage Data Cloud capabilities for identity resolution, real-time data activation, and analytics to support marketing and CRM strategies.
Requirements
* Practical experience in a comparable field is valued over formal degrees.
* Experience with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or eCommerce platform integrations.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and Salesforce certifications like Marketing Cloud Consultant and Data Cloud Consultant is preferred.
* HTML, basic Java, JSP, or PHP knowledge; experience with Pardot, Datorama, or Interaction Studio is a plus.
* Experience with SQL and large-scale customer data platforms.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of providing pragmatic support.
