The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing, multi-service facilities and cleaning business working with schools, public sector bodies and commercial clients across Wales and the South West.
We’re looking for a driven Telesales Executive whose sole focus is opening doors and booking qualified appointments for our Directors to attend.
This is not a hard-sell role. You won’t be closing deals — your success is measured by the quality of appointments you generate.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making outbound B2B calls to schools, commercial and public sector organisations
* Identifying decision-makers (Headteachers, Business Managers, Estates & Facilities leads)
* Introducing our services professionally and confidently
* Qualifying interest and booking appointments into Directors’ diaries
* Updating CRM systems accurately with call outcomes and notes
* Following up warm leads and nurturing prospects where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Experience in telesales, lead generation or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
* Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
* Resilient, motivated and target-driven
* Organised and disciplined with follow-ups and admin
* Someone who takes pride in quality conversations, not just call volume
Experience in facilities management, cleaning, education or public sector sales is a bonus — but not essential.
