Responsibilities
* Monitor the supply chain ensuring timely delivery to the customer or presenting alternative solutions.
* Analyse and mitigate risk.
* Process orders according to contract specifications.
* Operate as the focal point of contact for matters specific to your customers.
* Digest and organise data to prepare regular customer reporting.
Qualifications
* Excellent communicator who is analytical and detail oriented.
* Must be able to work independently using sound judgment in decision processes.
* The individual will spend all of their time in a busy office environment, using standard office equipment.
* Maintaining the utmost accuracy and utilising problem-solving skills daily.
* Completing deadlines, resolving problems, and organisation of multiple tasks.
* GCSE or equivalent, but Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) preferred.
* Aerospace Background and Fastener Product Knowledge preferred but not essential.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Basic competency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Power Point.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Second language (French, German or Spanish) preferred but not mandatory.
