* Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE (High basic + performance bonuses).

What You Will Be Doing
* Expert Testing: Conducting MOT tests (Class 4/7) to full DVSA standards with total precision.
* Compliance: Maintaining accurate, digital records and ensuring 100% DVSA compliance.
* Communication: Giving clear, honest advice to customers and service advisors.
* Collaboration: Working alongside our technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient workshop flow.
* Safety First: Ensuring every vehicle that leaves our bay is genuinely safe for the Brighton roads.
Are You The One?
* You hold a Valid MOT Testing Licence (Class 4 required, Class 7 is a bonus).
* You have a proven track record of testing in a DVSA-approved environment.

* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
