Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum

Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant - Role Overview
As a Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide targeted academic support to students across KS3 and KS4 in your specialist subject.
* Lead one-to-one and small group interventions to boost progress and attainment.
* Support teachers in preparing engaging lessons and delivering classroom activities.
* Promote a positive learning environment by assisting with behaviour management.
* Offer tailored support to students with additional needs, including SEN and EAL.
* Contribute to extra-curricular clubs, enrichment activities, and school-wide events.
Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant - Candidate Profile
* A 2:1 or above degree from a Russell Group university (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or Languages desirable).
* A genuine passion for secondary education and long-term interest in teaching.
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptable, enthusiastic, and resilient when supporting young learners.
* Previous experience with teenagers (tutoring, mentoring, youth projects) is an advantage.
