* Lead safeguarding enquiries
* Create strength‑based, outcome‑focused plans
* Work collaboratively with adults, families & professionals
Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker (SWE registered)
* Strong assessment & safeguarding experience
* Excellent communication & report writing
* Compassionate, driven, and professional
* Full driving licence + Enhanced DBS
