The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
* Full-time Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant position, starting ASAP
* Term-time only, Monday to Friday (32.5 hours per week)
* Weekly earnings between £500–£560
* Ideal for graduates with a 2:1 or above
* Particularly suited to Education, Psychology, or core subject graduates
* Opportunity to support pupils across different year groups

What You’ll Be Doing
In your role as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll support teaching and learning across the classroom, helping pupils stay engaged and on track.
You’ll work closely with teachers to deliver targeted support, both one-to-one and in small groups, helping children build key skills and overcome learning barriers. The Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant will also play a key role in boosting pupil confidence, encouraging participation, and supporting positive behaviour.
