Quantity Surveyor
Location: Pontyclun, South Wales
Salary: £55,000 £75,000 (dependent on experience) + package
We are working with a well-established, privately owned civil engineering contractor with a turnover exceeding £100m and a strong track record of sustained growth. The business has built a reputation as a market leader within Commercial infrastructure, delivering large-scale schemes for major UK Developers.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Pontyclun, South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
Managing the commercial aspects of civil engineering and groundworks projects
Procurement and management of subcontractors
Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
Valuations, variations, and final accounts
Supporting project teams to ensure commercial success and efficiency
Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
Requirements
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or groundworks
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project lifecycles
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ambition to grow within a high-performing commercial team
