We would like someone with 1–2 years of professional experience post-graduation in an office-based or IT environment. We need a strong interest in technology, systems, and problem-solving. We are looking for basic troubleshooting experience in Windows environments. We require a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Office applications. We need strong communication and organisational skills. We require the ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, printers, and general IT issues is desirable. Exposure to managed service providers or third-party vendors is desirable. A basic understanding of networking, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity is desirable. Exposure to scripting or development such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is desirable. Responsibilities: We will expect you to handle day-to-day IT operations and user support. We will rely on you to manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including devices, accounts, and access. We will have you work with our managed service provider on support requests and escalations. We will ask you to support and improve internal business applications. We will expect you to coordinate with external technology partners, AI vendors, and developers. We will involve you in DevOps workflows, project boards, documentation, and roadmaps. We will ask you to assist with automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives. We will have you support technology projects from planning through to implementation.
