How You Can Play Your Part:
Lead the Pyrotechnic X-ray, Leak Test, and Part Marking departments, ensuring output, quality, and on-time delivery while driving improvements.
You will:
Draw from your pre-existing supervisory experience, to effectively hit the ground running in leading the team.
* Supervise daily activity, KPIs, and targets
* Conduct audits, appraisals, and H&S checks
* Resolve defects and improve processes
* Train staff and ensure compliance
* (If qualified) manage radiographic techniques and standards
About You:
* Proven supervisory/people management experience (essential)
* Background in manufacturing supervision (aerospace/defence/engineering)
* Strong knowledge of NDT (highly desirable)
* RT Qualification (X-ray/gamma rays)
* Certified to NAS410 / EN4179 standards
* Engineering degree, HND, or equivalent
* Skilled in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving

A three-stage process:initial in-depth screening call with your Recruitment Business Partner, followed by a structured 1st stage interview, and final stage with a short presentation to senior management, including a trade test to assess engineering knowledge through a basic practical test.
