Job Title: Driver
Location: East Park, Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: 7am to 9am and 2pm to 4pm - Part time 20 hours per week. School term time only (39 weeks per year)

Key Details:
Shifts: Split shifts from 7 am to 9 am and 2 pm to 4 pm.
Travel: Must be able to travel to WV1.
Proximity: Living close to Wolverhampton is essential due to split shifts.

Your Role Will Include:
Driving passenger-carrying vehicles of up to 17-seat capacity with utmost care and professionalism.
Assisting service users, including those with mobility impairments, ensuring their safety and comfort during journeys.
Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle.
Using specialised equipment for safe boarding and alighting of service users.
Keeping accurate records of journeys and incidents, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Supporting service users with their belongings, including medicines and personal items, as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
Must hold a clean D1 Driving licence.
Driver CPC is desirable but not essential.
Excellent customer service skills and a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety and vehicle maintenance.
Additional Information:
This is a temporary position.
Training will be provided as necessary to ensure you're well-prepared.
