Your new role
We are recruiting for an experienced electrical supervisor to join an established team on aplex and vast site.
Key Duties will involve:
- Supervising Maintenance Teams: Manage and coordinate electricians and technicians to ensure effective maintenance and repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and resolve electrical faults swiftly to prevent disruptions.
-pliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, electrical codes, andpany policies.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of electrical machinery, tools, and systems.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and system performance for audits and efficiency tracking.
- Stakeholder Coordination:municate with management, contractors, and suppliers for project planning and resource allocation.
- Training & Development: Support the skill development of maintenance personnel and ensure they stay updated on industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a supervisory or management position in Hard Services
- Relevant electrical qualifications 2391, 18th edition, Level 3 installation
- To have current or be in a position to obtain security clearance
