* Welcome and assist
guestswith check-in/check-out
procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
* Complete regular walkrounds to ensure the building is secure
* Run end of day reports to close the days business results
* Address guest inquiries
and concernspromptly and
professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
* Coordinate with other
departmentsto ensure guest
requests are fulfilled efficiently.
* Maintain a high level
of customer serviceby
anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Handle guest complaintswith empathy and resolve issues to their
satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with
hotel policiesand procedures,
