This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected independent commercial insurance brokerage in a senior claims position.

You will be managing a commercial claims team, currently made up of 5 commercial claims handlers and work very closely with the account executives to ensure a fantastic claims service is being consistently provided to the loyal client base.

In this role you will be taking a lead on larger losses and be the focal point when it comes to complex losses and challenging claims negotiations. This role will require you to be both office based and out visiting clients with the account executive team discussing loss prevention and independently in the event of claim.

Ideal applicants will have a good all round commercial claims handling background, preferably from a broker background, although we are happy to hear from individuals from insurer and loss adjuster backgrounds. Some management experience would be preferred and experience and willingness to be client facing quite regularly.
