Now, we're on the hunt for two Lettings Negotiators / Property Managers to join our team and be part of our next success story.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Move-ins & Move-outs - Ensuring tenants have a seamless experience
* Property Maintenance - Arranging maintenance to keep homes in top condition
* Tenant & Contractor Liaison - Building strong relationships
* Admin & Systems Updates - Keeping things running smoothly
* Portfolio Growth - Working alongside our MD to expand our reach
* Varied Workload - No two days are the same!
This is a role for someone who loves people, problem-solving, and property. You'll be based both in and out of the office, so a driving licence and own car are essential (we provide mileage and parking).
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in lettings or property management is great but not essential - if you're ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented, we'd love to hear from you!
* A natural communicator with strong organisational skills
* A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
* Someone who thrives in a fast-growing business
