As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and we seek someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential.
